Four men wanted by police were arrested in a video released late Friday and the fifth appears in a surveillance image. Frowner, whose stage name is Money Gang Vontae, is a drill rapper from Los Angeles who previously lived in Chicago. He was in town for a show, according to police sources and his dad. The disturbing video taken by Post Friday shows four of the suspects fighting Froner before a man fired at least four shots. The team then ran, leaving the helpless victim lying behind the counter in a blood-stained shirt.
