This summer marks the end of the 37-year reign of Ramsey Street on our screens, after Channel 5 decided to remove the show from its program, but it will always have a place in the hearts of the British public. Highlighting the legacy of the soap, presenter Phillip Schofield announced in front of a packed crowd: “Yesterday, filming was completed on the last episode of Neighbors. FremantleChannel 5 “Since 1985, he has given us iconic moments, introduced poms to Down Under life and discovered some big stars, so we could not let the most famous road in the southern hemisphere pass without one last trip to the memory lane.” Shining from Australia behind him, Harold Bishop and Susan Kennedy cameramen shared: “British soap prizes, good day from Down Under! Soap in the UK was very much part of our special community here in Erinsborough. “Neighbors meant the world to me,” Woodburn continued.
